Ramp4x4 Terms of Use

Operator and license

Ramp4x4 is operated by Archline Labs LLC. For Ramp4x4 distributed through Apple’s App Store, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies and is incorporated into these Terms. If these Terms conflict with mandatory consumer law or Apple’s Standard EULA, the controlling requirement applies.

Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding agreement where you live. If you are under the age of legal majority, a parent or guardian must review and agree to these Terms for you. Ramp4x4 is not directed to children under 13.

Fitness tool, not medical advice

Ramp4x4 is a fitness and training tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency monitoring. Heart rate, VO₂ max, training zones, workout quality, pace, distance, energy, recovery, progress, and coaching cues are estimates that may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate.

High-intensity interval training involves risk. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting or changing an exercise program, especially if you have a medical condition, take medication, are pregnant, or have concerns about exercise intensity. Warm up, use suitable equipment and surroundings, and stop exercising and seek appropriate medical help if you experience chest pain, faintness, unusual shortness of breath, or other concerning symptoms.

Do not rely on Ramp4x4 for emergency detection or as a substitute for professional judgment. You are responsible for deciding whether and how to exercise.

Sensors, devices, and availability

Ramp4x4 may use Apple Watch, Apple Health, iPhone sensors, Bluetooth heart-rate monitors, network access, notifications, Live Activities, and other Apple system services. Accuracy and availability depend on compatible hardware, permissions, fit, signal quality, battery, operating-system behavior, third-party devices, and your environment. We do not guarantee uninterrupted coaching, sensor delivery, background execution, device connectivity, route recording, or Apple Health saves.

Bluetooth support is for devices that expose a compatible Bluetooth Heart Rate Service. A brand name, broadcast mode, or wireless feature does not guarantee compatibility. Follow the device manufacturer’s safety and setup instructions.

Local data and backups

Ramp4x4 does not require an account. Profile, plan, preset, workout-history, and recovery information is primarily stored locally and may not be backed up. Deleting the app, resetting a device, losing a device, or certain operating-system events can permanently remove local data. Records separately saved to Apple Health are controlled through Apple Health and may follow different deletion and backup behavior.

Free access and Ramp4x4 Premium

Ramp4x4 may offer free functionality and an optional Premium subscription. Premium can unlock features such as the complete training plan, expanded history and trends, deeper workout insights, and custom interval presets. The current feature set is described in the app and may change as the product evolves, subject to applicable law.

Auto-renewable subscriptions

Ramp4x4 Premium is offered through Apple as a monthly or annual auto-renewable subscription. The app displays the available plan, billing period, current storefront price, and any introductory-offer eligibility before purchase.

• Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Apple may charge your account for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
• You can manage or cancel the subscription in your App Store account settings. Deleting Ramp4x4 does not cancel a subscription.
• If an introductory offer or free trial is available, its duration, eligibility, and renewal price are shown by Apple before purchase. Offers are subject to Apple’s rules and may not be available to every user.
• Apple handles billing, cancellation processing, price-change notices, and refund requests under its policies. Archline Labs does not receive your payment-card details and cannot issue App Store refunds directly.

Premium access depends on Apple and RevenueCat entitlement information. If entitlement status is temporarily unavailable, access may be delayed until it can be restored or verified.

Sharing and exports

Ramp4x4 may let you create share cards, save images, or export workout information. You decide what to share and with whom. Review content before sending it: a summary can reveal fitness activity or other information you consider private. You are responsible for having the right to share any content and for complying with the destination service’s terms.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse Ramp4x4, interfere with its operation, use it unlawfully, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malware, abuse support channels, misrepresent affiliation with Archline Labs, or bypass purchase, entitlement, security, or technical controls. Except where applicable law permits it despite this restriction, you may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the app.

Intellectual property

Ramp4x4, RampWorkout, the app and website design, software, text, graphics, and branding are owned by Archline Labs LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant only the limited right to use the app and website for personal, noncommercial use under the applicable license.

Third-party services and links

Ramp4x4 depends on services provided by Apple and may use processors such as RevenueCat, PostHog, Sentry, and Tenjin as described in the Privacy Policy. The website may link to Apple, Archline Labs educational material, support pages, or other third-party resources. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their availability, content, terms, or privacy practices.

Changes, suspension, and termination

We may update, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features, subject to applicable law and any active subscription obligations. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or legal rights, or when these Terms are materially violated. You may stop using Ramp4x4 at any time; subscription cancellation is handled separately through Apple.

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ramp4x4 and RampWorkout are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, availability, or fitness results. We do not guarantee any training outcome or improvement in VO₂ max, cardiovascular fitness, health, or performance.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Archline Labs LLC and its members, employees, contractors, and licensors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost data, lost profits, personal injury, or losses arising from use of or inability to use Ramp4x4, reliance on app estimates, exercise activity, device or sensor failure, or third-party services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as Ramp4x4 changes. We will update the date above and provide any additional notice required by law. If you continue using Ramp4x4 after revised Terms take effect, you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
