How can we help?

Get the workout running correctly.

Do I need an Apple Watch?

Apple Watch provides the intended wrist experience with live heart rate, haptics, voice cues, and on-watch controls. Ramp4x4 can also run from iPhone with a compatible Bluetooth heart-rate monitor or Timer Only when a supported heart-rate source is unavailable.

How do I check Health permissions?

Open the Health app on iPhone, tap your profile picture, then Apps and Services → Ramp4x4. Allow the health categories needed for your workout. You can also review Ramp4x4 permissions in iPhone Settings.

My heart rate is missing or looks wrong

Make sure the watch is snug, clean, and unlocked, and confirm Health permissions are enabled. Cold skin, motion, tattoos, loose fit, and poor sensor contact can delay or reduce readings. Heart rate and VO₂ max are estimates, not medical measurements.

How do I use a Bluetooth heart-rate monitor?

Put the monitor in pairing mode, open Ramp4x4 on iPhone, and choose the Bluetooth heart-rate source. The monitor must expose the standard Bluetooth Heart Rate Service. If it does not appear, disconnect it from other apps, restart pairing mode, and try again.

iPhone and Apple Watch are not staying in sync

Keep both devices nearby with Bluetooth and Wi-Fi enabled. Confirm Ramp4x4 is installed on the paired Watch, then close and reopen the app on both devices. If the issue continues, restart the iPhone and Watch and install any available Ramp4x4 and system updates.

A completed workout is missing

Check Apple Health for the workout first, then reopen Ramp4x4. Local Ramp4x4 history and Apple Health are separate records, so deleting or reinstalling the app can remove local history even when an Apple Health workout remains.

Manage Ramp4x4 Premium.

How do I restore Premium?

Make sure the iPhone is signed in to the Apple Account used for the purchase. In Ramp4x4, open Profile, find Membership, and choose Restore Purchases. Restoring does not create a new charge.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Use Apple’s subscription manager, or open iPhone Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Canceling stops the next renewal; access normally continues through the current paid period.

How do I request a refund?

Apple processes Ramp4x4 purchases and refund requests. Sign in at reportaproblem.apple.com with the Apple Account used for the purchase and follow Apple’s instructions.

I paid, but Premium is still locked

Confirm the purchase appears in Apple’s subscription manager, then use Restore Purchases in Ramp4x4. If it remains locked, email support with the app version and the approximate purchase date. Do not send a full receipt unless we ask for it.

Know where your information lives.

Where is my workout data stored?

Supported workouts are saved through Apple Health. Your Ramp4x4 profile, presets, plan, settings, and app history are stored locally on your devices. Archline Labs does not operate a server that stores your detailed HealthKit records or workout routes.

How do I delete my data?

Delete local Ramp4x4 records where the app provides that control, or remove the app to remove its local data. Apple Health records are managed separately in the Health app. Removing a Ramp4x4 record does not automatically remove the corresponding Apple Health record.

How do I turn off app analytics?

Open Ramp4x4 settings and turn off Share Analytics. Website analytics are controlled separately with the Privacy choices button on RampWorkout.com.

Where can I read the privacy policy?

Read the complete Ramp4x4 Privacy Policy for HealthKit, location, Bluetooth, analytics, purchases, support communications, retention, and your choices.
